C&R Tractor and Landscaping is a Landscape Construction Company in business for more than 14 years. We are looking to fill positions for Landscape Maintenance Laborers on residential/commercial jobs . Work is not seasonal and is year-round.

• Operate mowers, trimmers, pruners, blowers and other landscape maintenance equipment
• Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing and removing thatch, and trimming and edging around flower beds, walks, and walls.
• Seed lawns
• Water lawns, plants and trees
• Spread mulch
• Plant flowers
• Install decorative stone
• Maintain customer properties to best condition possible, including removal of leaves and other debris from patios, plant canopies, flower beds, etc.
• Follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, sow grass, or plant flowers and foliage.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Haul or spread topsoil, and spread straw over seeded soil to hold soil in place.
• Perform duties to assist landscape maintenance supervisor.
• Pay is dependent on experience.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to and from job sites is required.
